No words no security of job no chance no good trainer are not so trained to reached the moderate because their concept are not so clear n so rude to talk with moderate no manners they go on families n all..speak in bad manner no happy

Organisation dont like not helpful n no manner to talk one of the trainer is very bad should be removed from atidiv manoja barik she should be the part of the atidiv due to her I left the job she abuse on girls very bad no happy

1)unnecessary shifting from one team to another team which leads to lack of skill then PIP->exit that is it. 2)during training they show them as a good hard person or manager once training gets over they even respond to your queries you need to inform them by call or text as i did email plz check. 3)leaves(its joke for atidiv and their managers) manager even thinks about why you want leaves is there any emergeny or not, they called you and says your leaves are not approved that it. 4) they like people who flattery(chatu emp) if you are chatu emp then you are very good, especially i observe during training once of the senior training 'Rahul Sharma' was having chit chat with other emp and its time to solve any problem he ask other trainer or SME to resolve it. 5)during operation phase TL will ask you resign from your job and we will get someone else to do that work 6)if there is any error happening in semi tenure TL and SME they will not support you to get it revert specially Namrata A leady did not help you out to resolve your doubts and she will be out of meet for 2 -3 hour 7)finally Atidiv will be nightmare for your career.........Read More
