You can develop your skills with hands-on experience with faculties & students. Try to be a positive person as people around you spill negative vibes. People who are working in Non-Teaching are down to earth.

High Attrition Rate They pay very much low in terms of Salary Salary is never credited on time. Only after 10th of Every Month People Join and Resign like within 2 -3 months, so it becomes difficult to get a hold of who is running which Dept.
