There's nothing good about the company. I was stuck there because I didn't want to leave early, which would reflect badly on my CV.

The biggest problem is that they create issues while giving salary. Once you resign, they'll try everything to avoid paying you. You'll have to contact persistently and even drag them to labour court to get your dues. If take a long break, they'll pause your salary during that time as w ell, delaying it unnecessarily....Read More

Work balance is okay there, similar to other companies. The location is off-site, so conveyance charges are a lot.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
