"The competition is much higher than one would expect from their work experience in a ""regular"" company. Obviously, the customer obsession has to be there to actually grow in the organisation. Nothing that I dislike but it is tougher than you'd expect."

ATechnos is very great place to work. You can get lot of opportunities to learn and improve your skills, They will give you opportunities and courses which you can Opt in If you prefer. Balanced work culture, Allowance for night shifts, meal vouchers, Annual gifts are awesome. Seniors and managers are very supportive.

Nothing, not providing any facilities, even PF will only deduction from employee salary and company will not add any part of PF. Where as, As per the law PF is the combination of both few % salary part and half will be provided by company.

Working at ATechnos is very exciting and challenging. I enjoy the constant pace of work, meeting new people everyday and solving problems that arise on a daily basis.

I think it's not a bad place to work, but I was working there for about 5 months. I was happy about the learning experience, but there were a few things that troubled me a lot.

I did read some reviews before applying for a job with ATechnos. The reviews portrayed ATechnos as a not a so good employer. When I joined I had a great experience. People are good and willing to go extra mile. They want you to be successful. Most of the bad reviews were from people who did not perform well.
