Atechnos is a great place to work. The people are amazing, the culture is fun and driven, and the automation saves me time every day. I've already achieved more in my first year at Atechnos than I did in my previous job.

"The competition is much higher than one would expect from their work experience in a ""regular"" company. Obviously, the customer obsession has to be there to actually grow in the organisation. Nothing that I dislike but it is tougher than you'd expect."

ATechnos is very great place to work. You can get lot of opportunities to learn and improve your skills, They will give you opportunities and courses which you can Opt in If you prefer. Balanced work culture, Allowance for night shifts, meal vouchers, Annual gifts are awesome. Seniors and managers are very supportive.

Dislikes

Seems to be slow promotion and lot of criteria for promotions.

Team and management is very supportive. Helped me a lot during my health issues and needed long leaves. They absorb the stress and sudden leaves without one complaint. Help with any sort of support needed 24*7. They have ownership and take action.
