The company allows employees to take their systems to there home and work from home. Also Paid 50% salary in April and 100 % Salary for the months for no active members. Aswathi working on a simple principle thal work should not suffer, else stay at home or come to office, that your choice.

Dislikes

There is a communication gap between the team, But new policies and corrective action are taken to resolve the issue.
