The company is worse; nothing is satisfactory. I have been working for 45 days and can't find a single thing that I like.

Most disappointed & irritative person. According to company policy, the workday ends at 6:30 PM. However, junior employees are often delayed for 30 to 45 minutes by senior employees for unproductive tasks & without valid reasons. This practice needs to be addressed.
