MD is the guy who thinks that he can do wonders in the market. But sad thing is he never understand the market. Toxic work culture If you spend extra penny while staying out you would be questioned in a way such that you did blunder. Everytime they will point out that, you receiving conveyance you receiving salary why don't you doCollection? (Covid Period too) All the sales people in this company would be considered as a parasites. Even they won't get EPF ESI benefit. They can terminate you without notice, but you can't put paper just like that. The moment you put papers they start abusing you. In a nutshell a good product is in the hands of quacks....Read More
