It was a good experience to working with astra, i was joined their as a trainee, from their i learnt a lot. After that i got promotion as a sr technical assistant. Coming to salary increments are not bad. More politics also their. Coming to work security if u do hard nobody touch you. Work environment also good.

Iam responsible for project which i taken, i should take care of components choosing,testing of sub modules and main module, AT tests and reports, QT tests and reports, customer satisfaction about specifications, quality and all.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
