There is no job security, work culture in quality department was horrible, Quality head is political guy who support only their caste employee, company policy was nice.

Dislikes

I have only issue with quality head who don't have leadership skills neither he was technical sound, working under him was horrible. Don't join in Quality department. You can join merchant team, development team. Overall Astrormuller is good company the only problem in quality department because of only one guy. Sorry I am talking about only one guy actually he was like that otherwise I never defame people on social platform....Read More
