Work freedom. Do what u want no one will ask u related to your work.

General manager do not value your hard work. Work pressure is high. In a big department only 1 person handling full department no supervisor no assistant. There is no job training to teach the freshers. Lot of politician in every department and the leader is the General manager. If u want to work for long time then u have to do buttering to your manager then only u survive. They can sack u anytime for a personal reason no matter how many years you worked there or a employee of the year or a hard working staff.
