That it's a UAV company

No Work culture, no job security, no revenue and all showoff. There is lot of politics. There is no work, no learning. There are goons sitting at manager position harrassing employees and even directors can do much about that. You can realise if there is no power to the higher manager like VP's directors, Hr's then you can't do anything. It's a small company doing really bad in the market. There drones crashes and in event clients come and complaint about their drones. Too much politics don't even think of promotion or appraisal. It's a complete mess. They have fired 80-90 employees and 30-40 employees resigned. If you wanna survive in this company just follow so called sr manager who will make your life pathetic because all you have to do is satisfy his ego. He controls the whole defence department and no one can do anything about that... This company has no future....Read More
