Over 2 and half yrs I worked there.. I'm hpy with nursing Representatives and their support. But, unhappy with nurses da celebrations , celebrations r not enough to the one works hard in health care set up.... finally, the rules had come that there were no EL encashment & l lost many EL without using it. But, Management informed toemployees in prior notice to complete all the ELs and about no encashment will be done ... But , u imagine : working as a staff nurse , with shortage of staffs , more patients, how could we possible do to complete all those ELs before resigning.?. I had dissatisfied with what the rules had been made , also, male staff nurses hasn't get good accommodation as what female staff nurses hv getting. I know it's difficult to manage boys hostel with facilities but , why can't you pay them extra if u can't provide good accommodation .. I'm sorry Aster ..
