This is a startup under Aster Healthcare. Management doesn't know how to run a tech business. The worst part is mismanagement and unprofessional ethics. and bad behaviors' with the new employee. They expect employees to learn by themself and be productive within a month and start delivery. No proper plan for future release and KT for new resources. The main thing is the Heads of engineering and business leader are the worst and they don't know how to talk with the resources. the worst place to work. We do the same things as we can't learn anything new from there , Increments are very poor in Calicut office. But they provide good office atmosphere . Most of us was working with rented laptops for two year which used shut down automatically , for two years .

They give less increments .They never entertain transferring staffs to UAE much . But they do give false promise when u join .
