Only the brand name and infrastructure that too building is good.Doctors are super awsomeWorst manangement.Inside there are incompetent,unqualified,insensible HODs who dont know even basics.Only I respect Dr.Moopen who is the founder.

*They are not employee friendly.You will be always under stress.If you are intelligent then you will be targeted.They insist you to give 24hr resignation.Attrition rate is very high. *Higher sub optimisation,no one wants to improve the organisation. *Doesn't comply to the standards of hospital accreditation *HODs are subjective,no career growth.Interchanging of department is not allowed.Suppose if you want then you need to extend and work for both. *Everyday new experiments from management because no IIM alumini in top management. *If you give suggestion not accepted *If you say yes boss for everything then promotions orelse no promotion with minimum increment *HR manager is not working independently,they are asking HODs opinion even incase of Grievance redressal *If you check the attrition rate of middle level management its 75%...Read More

Very hectic,frustrating,terrible.No recognition and No appreciation.No growth Now very happy to leave Aster and working for another organisation.
