1. Open environment while working with colleagues and other departments. 2. Job securities is great but no growth for peoples who are straightforward and sincere in their approach towards their work. 3. Company was provided good facilities during COVID. 1st Company give COVID and petrol allowance, basic groceries and Vaccine to each employee and contract workers for almost 6-10 months.

For Production, QC/QA,R&D,EHS 1. Work life balance is completely out of the track especially when if you are working in shifts. Say good bye to your personal life, family and hobbies time. 2. Increment is joke in Astec. with increment slot 2-3%.Your increment and promotion depends upon how much caliber you have to literally wash your boss shoe. In promotion also favoritism works. 3. The bonus and PLVR is include in CTC. The most shady and worst CTC details ever find. The deduction details are not even explainable. 4.HR department is nothing more than puppets in the Hands of management in company. 5. Company has no canteen in both plants. Company gives contract to local person for Tiffin but food is not good. 6. Travel within city is free but Company bus will departure 35-40min late after General shift ends. For 1st,2nd,3rd shift it will 20min late deparature....Read More

The leadership quality especially in the technical services dept manager is notably weak this has led to a decline in team morale and efficiency. process engineer role is same as production engineer. Job description is not fixed.
