1. Culter - our compny has nice work culter and aloows employees to work freely. Also there is good support from seniors and management. 2. Policies - compny policies are very good. Many cultere events organised by HR team and parcipeted by employes. 3.Insfrastructer - plants structure are very good easy to handel all equipment safely. Well organised laboratories. 4. Medical policies - medical health checkup yearly and monthly of employes. 5. Traveling - company bus is available for come in compny also for going home. 6.managment are very supportive . I learn lot of new things in our compny ....Read More

1. AMBULANCE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR EMERGENCY. 2. PROVIDE COMPNY CANTEEN FOR TASTY AND HEALTHY FOOD. 3. FRESHERS HAVE MORE SALARY THAN EXPERIENCE EMPLOYES ITS WRONG . 4. MANY TIMES NO DOCTOR AVAILABLE IN OUR OHC. IN B AND C SHIFT .

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
