my training was do complete in 6 months.And i have gain batter better experience. my total work in arc was 2 years.environment is also good.And my was 13000 in a.r.c

my foot is injure on duty and doctor advise me 3 months complete rest but my leave pass only 45 days.so i take releave from A.R.C because i can't do any work in plaster.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
