There is nothing to like about the company. It's a very unprofessional and unorganized company.

Dislikes

There are people in the organisation, particularly in the Recovery team( these people are called DO I.e dealing officers) who do not have legal knowledge and they act like they know everything about the law. To be very specific the name of the person is Sarthak Jindal (he is a DO), who sits in the Delhi office and they are others as well.

Our devision is retail division.So here compensation is not attractive.Our corporate division compensation is very good.Our promotion process is slower than our Corporate division.

Everything is terrible and employees are very pathetic. They don't intend to grow and move on at the same time. I wouldn't recommend ARCIL to any one who is career oriented.
