This is one of the best schools in Barrackpore. The management and the teachers are co operative and believe in team work. I being a teacher in this school can also say that a good work done by a teacher is always praised and never overlooked by the management. The vice principal of the school is a dynamic personality who plays an important role in motivating the teachers and also the students. The students are budding stars and the teachers put all their effort to inculcate mannerism and proper education in them....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
