Top management has not faith in middle management. Even middle has also not faith in lower management. A manager is not allowed to take decision how to handle his team. Very poor management without any logic, less vintage upper management is there in upper level. Totally unaware of competition. They don't have any plan but try to make happy their boss only.

Nothing Bad Company to work. They took 24hr of employees and in return of that work they gives lollipop of ESOPS Bonus Increment. Don’t join this company your life gone be hell. HODs are pathetic never take stand for there joiners.
