Low compensation. A traditional company filled with incompetent management and managers.Full of dirty politics played just for survival. Speak to the managers for 15 minutes and one would realise how incompetent they are, zero skills,zero talent and absolutely no industry knowledge. The Management is not professional. The MDs wife who is not part of the company decides many things and influence MD. Though it is a limited company, they still run it like a Kingdom, as the main share holders are from Royal family with titles. A bit against women and sometime jokes about women
