This company was good for beginners or freshers to learn basics. Company gives freedom to learn anything within shop floor..

Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Duty time is 12 hr Sometime it will be extended. There is no line inspector on shop floor only the production supervisor and incharge has to look. Operators are not stay long term so difficult to train new employees.

Salary - Poor
Job security - Poor

Work Details

No up and down's same work repeats. Terrible to work for 12hrs.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The aspg Infrastructure Pvt Ltd company is a good company to develop ur growth and learning to construction in telecom department eg. Fiber

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

But long time growth is not in this company
