With Aspee it is like roam and work from home. There are three plants situated at Wada and Bilimora,gujrat hence travelling is must in some sort for work. Workers are very enthusiastic and always ready to learn new things and think about improvements. Maintained company standards and brand.

About career growth , there is no proper development section for products and scope for mechanical engineers who seek to work in field of design and development. But with agriculture engineer it is possible as it is agriculture oriented company.

If speaking in general about my work , it is some what boring and hectic as there is no work for mechanical engineer way. No design and development section under engineering field.
