I was really frustated due to such pathetic condition of India IT market where there is no job and if there are job then there are millions of candidates for a single vacancy . I will tell my real story guys , I was struggling for the job from almost 2 years , was rejected for atleast 100 companies . I never give up I keep learning . Facing rejection during interview is really tough I am also human and I was really tensed and stressed What to do becoz no company give chance to freshers After lot if attempts I got call from HR of askmeoffers and was invited for F2F in campsu interview They took almost 3-4 rounds , offered me free lunch and I got the good news and offer letter in had on same day . My joining date is in August 2024 but I am very happy with people and HR and interview panel Also I read some reviews and I was shocked that there are few people who are writing bad reviews about askmeoffers well try to understand guys and behave yourself and learn manners . Any company cannot hire every one who applies for JOB And as it was mentioned by other people that if they start taking you and shortlisting people like you it will become railway station and not what askmeoffers is now at present ....Read More

Honestly speaking I was quite frustrated due to layoff going on and I too faced it when I was working with Amazon india in bangalore , I was too tensed too what i will do as I was living in the city and cost of living in the city itself is very high , I was looking for a job when i applied for askmeoffers for data analyst position and soon after applying for the job i got a email and short assignment and i did completed that on time and after 4-5 days I got another email for F2F virtual round and i did attended that and lot of technical question was asked and finally i cracked it , its been now 2+ years working here at askmeoffers and the best thing which i like is they pay above market standards and i am completly happy here...Read More

Excellent work culture here i recently joined as a data analyst and the workplace is awsome , my manager Amit supports me a lot he is very helpful . One thing i noticed that people who are not able to crack interviews for askmeoffers are writing bad reviews for askmeoffers . They must understand that if your CV is not shortlisted it doesnt mean company is bad . You must work on your skills and CV so that your CV get shortlisted Blaming askmeoffers is nto the right way . I have been working with askmeoffers from quite sometime and i must say that the work culture is very good here and mentors are very helpful , if stuck in project work they extend deadlines and ensure you get enough time to complete your work . One thing i noticed that threre are few jobseekers who have posted negative comments here and there so for them i would like to say that if every company has filtering criteria and if you or your CV is not shortlisted it does not mean HR is bad or good . I am working a software test engineer and i like this workplace for two reasons reason 1: I am being paid 30% above current market standards reason 2: Job safety and security , no burden , no overload also no need to switch job to get increment as here only you get 25% hike every year

I joined as a fresher and its been more than 4 years working here one thing which i like is they support everyone and they pay above market standards , if you work with askmeoffers you will be paid 30% to 50% above than what other MNC pays
