Like all workplaces there are pros and cons here as well..sometimes you feel overworked (while others are at leisure - this can be seen as a good thing as well such that you will learn something from it), sometimes favouritism (towards a particular group), lack of communication and sometimes unfair treatment.

I was involved as design engineer in the company, very great experience and I am surely blessed to work with this great Team, All employees are very professional way of working. In the main thing no discourage to the team member.

It is too much terible, waste of time as to work in this firm. No proper work assign to that post employee. No security after job left. No pf or gratuty deducted. It is total poor employee security.
