I was involved as design engineer in the company, very great experience and I am surely blessed to work with this great Team, All employees are very professional way of working. In the main thing no discourage to the team member.

Nothing. Terrible company to work. One cannot call it a company also. It's a family run business with many bosses and few employees. Each boss has his own way of running buisness and instructing employees in which the employees get screwed.

Dislikes

- Payscale is poor compared to its peers - Favouritism to certain employees - No proper promotions policy and frequency. Depends on mood of boss will promote the bootlickers - Work culture is very poor - lack of any policy for employees - exploitation of new employee and particularly freshers.
