I hope i could rating them in minus. Very pathetic environment & culture also. They actually don't know the meaning of management. Timing is not confirm. They want everything from your side on time, but when it comes upto them there's no timing, no punctuality, nothing else. Because rule is only for there employess. Few of them are working from 5-6 years, and they all become like donkeys working without any concern. For Once you can join their Support team if you are Fresher. But Never ever join there Sale Team. Inke office mein koi ek rule kabhi nahi chalta, Interview mein HR aapko bolti hai IT company hai Saturday off hoga, 6:15 m aapko logout karna h. Reality - Saturday based hota hai aapke target m, weekly target divide hoga wo percentage aap match karte ho to off hoga wo bhi inke so called ek senior h Mr. Ayush (Jise sab manager bolteh, jise baat karni tak nahi aati,meeting lete huye fumble karta h, direct kisi ki aakho m dekh kar baat bhi nahi kar sakta) uski marzi hogi to aapko off milega nahi to wo bhi nahi. aur Log out bhi uski marji se hota h. If you are dreaming of Salary Increment, so drop it right now. Because Joining ke time 20k -22k aapko milega maximum, and if you have more experience then they will offer you 24k-25k next year maximum 1.5k- 2k growth and target m 5k- 10k increasement. Ye konsa increment hai bhai???? Pheli company dekhi thi mene ye jaha salary increase tab hoti hai jab aap 5-10 hazaar ka target increase karwate ho. So don't think to work here for long time It'll be your biggest mistake ever. Because I've seen it by my eyes happening with senior ones. And there is no timing or period of salary increment. Jab wo chahenge tab hoti hai, aapki mehnat ka koi role nahi hai. Har baat par deduction phele hojata hai. Salary se jyada deduction ke rule hojate h. You'll tired of begging for leaves here. I saw people are going there homes once or twice in a year. Seniors ki baat ki jaye to kuch bhot supportive hai jo bas apne kaam se matlab rakhte h, lekin kuch ke andar seniority dikhane ka itna keeda hai ki TL se jyada wo ghus jayenge aapke andar. Jaise unhone tumko job dilwayi h. Sabko TL banna hai. Meri samajh nahi aataa apne kaam m dhyaan do na. Ya to tumhare TL m hi itni capacity nahi h ki wo handle kar paye team tab tumko ghusa raha h. All TL are toxic except Gaurav sir, He never pressurised his team. He Understand evrything, but in other teams koi aapko baat bhi nahi karne dega kisi se, jaise school m ho aap. It's not any IT company, It's a typical BPO. You have to continously doing calling otherwise wo tumko jeene nahi denge. And yes there is no fixed rule & policy for Sales employees in this company all will be change according to Ayush anytime. Each moment brings surprise for you. And the worst thing is people are following them, they don't have unity to fight against him together. Sabko dar lagta h kahi job se nikal denge. Ek baar action leke dekho sabko ek sath nahi nikalenge itne laalchi hai ye log, ek din ka bhi nuksaan nahi hone denge. Ayush ke sare rules kyon mante h? Samajh nahi ata, Saare rules sales ke liye kyu hai kisi ke andar guts nahi h (Specially jo 5-6 saal se kaam kar rhe h, wo toh gulaam hogye h, bicharo ko job aur kahi milegi nahi) ki mail karde ya management direct bole same rules rakhiye. Saturday off dusre departments ka fix h, Sales m nahi hai. Jo aapko new clients se revenue generate kar ke de raha h, aapne usi department ki laga rakhi h. I can write a lot much, but you can understand very well within this only, that why you should not join this company. " TOXIC COMPANY EVER " I'll give suggestion to Owners also, please change your management & culture. They are making your comittments and company worst. That's why you don't have permanent emloyees more than 10 out of 50. If you have majburis so kindly join there support team, but never sales. Support team ka environment bhot sahi h, kabhi unko 6:15 ke baad bethe huye nahi dekha na unke managers ko kabhi chillate huye. Sab din bhar khate rehte h maje se.
