Excellent infrastructure! There is growth for you if you adjust with the work environment. You will be given a lot of exposure which in a way will build your career.

Dislikes

Not good for long term as the pay scale is not upto the mark compared to the amount of work that you have to do. There is a bond of 2 years and 6 months notice period which is a bit problematic. Also, it will be difficult to balance your professional and personal life.

Work life was pretty good! The colleagues were really helpful. Principal and coordinator will guide you to carry out the required work. But it was hectic.

Horrible working environment. Management is horrible. Salary not given even after passing of the 10th day of the month. Extreme work pressure. The behaviour of the management towards the staff is poor. Work is assigned even on holidays. No personal life is allowed. Does not provide any maternity leave. Total waste of time and energy working there.

We rather be and live like a family more than employee, very much understanding and supportive environment. Views are considered and taken positively and working seems like a normal job . Variety of nationalities and rich culture make the School unique and different from others. 265 km away from the heart of Abu Dhabi makes us feel worth! Keep it up ! Mangament and administration authority having terrible knowledge. Teachers treated as a servent. It was horrible experience for working as a teacher in this institute. Teachers skills are not appriciated. Authorities are biased and you don't get your recognition for your valuable work. Work culture is terrible and pathetic. Aftergiving resignation you don't get any experience certificate and they claimed 3 months salary, so company policies are very worse. Working here is time waste and you realise it was a nightmare....Read More

Teachers treated as servent and authority is biased. Don't get recognition for your good work. Authorities are not able to make you happy with their behaviours. If you want to teach students and make yourself as a good human being, please avoid this place .

Hectic and dissatisfactory. You can't upgrade your knowledge over here. Maximum teachers are low qualified. All most 90 percent teachers have fake degree by which school claimed they have all qualified teachers.
