This place is full of uncertainty. They will keep you occupied with administrative task. Only focuses on clicking pictures for social media. They will call meeting for every one to discuss with 1 person. Moreover, they are keen to cut your salary for each and every step. No refreshments such as tea or coffee is provided on time. No support. Management is keen to find reasons to send people on forced leaves. Pay cuts with full load of work. Not even supporting with basic pays now.

Not open to suggestions. Policies are one way. You cannot grow in terms of career here. Too many promises but too little fulfilling. They stuff you with work like anything.
