Dislikes

Environment,work culture is very bad. Staff and manager is not supported. Too much politics by management and manager. Opportunity only giving to seniors. No job security. No salary ontime. No increment ontime. Manager is not at all supportive. Too much harrasment and torcher by seniors.

They are supporting us very well but some people are not following rools and regulations.outside people can get easily allowed to work inside of factory.

Salery is very poor as compared to work load .
