No good thinks that I can tell you.

Dislikes

No public holidays. If their is any week day holiday thier call on staturday. No transperenency while increment. Increment is done based on the gossip of the senior leads. Work environment like tihar jail. We can't take bonus holiday or not paid. Organisation is working without hr. No salary fixed salary date.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
