I worked at contract based only has quality inspector.2or3 more time contract name only changed no improve the salery with the role i havd 4years work experience in the same role

Very toxic and bad culture of RO meerut. Only buttering is running. Buttering person can enjoy his life. They can come as per his convenient time and do anything. No support of top Management. please don't come and Join RO meerut (Bareilly).

Flexible working hours means if you are late to office you will be double that time late back to home. Promotions are based on favouritism. If you are a lateral entry, you have to forget your qualification age and experience. Nobody cares,better you have to constantly look for outer opportunity.. Internal job policies are in place,but in fact it won't help you as
