Everything ... Iam in shop 8 engine assembly my work is fitted water Pulley and air compressor in the engine, I worked for a year and when I told in month sir i have got work please change my station, give me more teaching. Everyone has said that there is no need, do this work.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
