Likes

great learning opportunities even for youngsters like GETs. One can learn hands-on from failures & mistakes, the eco system provides such support in-terms of funding & power. Office setup is really good with all relevant / modern facilities. Employee benefits are attractive.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Growth is really hard to achieve as teams & competition are high. HR is not really closely working with employees and once again as in other companies, only elite few will have all the lights. Compensation is somewhat challenging and especially in market down times.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
