Corporate Policy are very good for employees.

Though corporate policies are very good for employees but all employees does not get benifit of that, it depends on luck and your boss. HR does not play any role for employee development and hence your boss take full advantage of yourself in many cases. HR is very poor.

Flexible working hours means if you are late to office you will be double that time late back to home. Promotions are based on favouritism.
