There is nothing like that but one thing that I felt If someone becomes a part of this Ashiana family...He/She will never think about leaving this company.

Work Details

I work & monitor activities of project "Ashiana Surbhi" i.e. S+12 Building project where Mivan Technology method is used to construct the buildings. It has more advantages(i.e. speed, excellent finishing& more strength)as compare to conventional method.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Ashiana house provide a very professional space for working and learning.The GM architect and my co workers really help and motivate me to be more productive this company allows me to share my creative ideas and the company respect the opinion of a individual.

The work load is very high and individuals strength is neglected some times. Works hours are not fixed. There is less security of job.

My work is intresting as I get to learn lots of new things but sometimes due to high work load it becomes quite difficult to give full efficiency in a project.
