Worst work culture with zero work-life balance. Partiality is always at its peak. Manager is least concerned about employee wellbeing, always into manipulation favouring the employees who perform less talk more.

Dislikes

Dislike is an understatement. With zero career growth all you get is high work pressure that doesn't coincide with the said salary. Though they say, you get rotational week off but, in reality it keeps on changing. They never value your need to take a day off.

Because of my age i am not active as before. I decided work because at least 3 years of work give a lot of matters to know i will be happy because no work is not good for me. A good job by be means a good social services

Asg Eye Hospital is the worst company for employees 😑 they torture you to the excessive level that an employee feel forced to leave the job and give resign, no support from Managers or higher level, only people who roam around managers will be given preference and relatives and friends of higher authorities they don't say anything to them either they are late, take leaves etc...overall bad company, bad working culture, worst management, plz don't work here instead find a good reputed company for a better career...Read More
