The Team mates have a helping tendency. When the company holds u at night ti mes, teammates will help you to go home.

Dislikes

There is no job security whenever they wish to terminate you, they will terminate you without valid reason. There is no career growth. If you are a Civil Engineer, the "Structure Design" is only in the name of the company and they don't do any such projects relevant to civil or mechanical.

Company follow all procedures to become best. Work flow procedures are really good to follow which is much appreciated.

When you fail to perform they will throw you like a waste paper. Work flow is not stable. When you not utilized because of low volume of work you don't get nothing benefits.
