I was loving to work with Ascent Yarns Pvt. Ltd., because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. This truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other.

Dislikes

Compensation was decent and growth was good. But the work pressure was very high compare to Salary. The rest all was ok.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
