This is an esteemed organisation in telecom industry for sure.being an off roll employee in the organisation i have learnt lot many things.ratings whatever given above is just my personal experience.this varies from person to person, as pay roll employees are getting everything.we off roll guys works a lot but in the end what we are getting just a salary of 7k,8k or 15k.

Dislikes

some HR Policies need to upgrade according to the dynamic environment these days,which is not happening.
