Team mates are cooperative. Good to start a career and have some experience.

Dislikes

No office policies and culture. Very less salary as compared to market standards. No employee engagement efforts.

Work Details

I got a decent on the job training to start my career in HR but a person can not stay more than a year because there very poor chance to grow your career here. There is no encouragement or employee engagement program or motivation in the company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
