A typical LALA company. The MD's wife considers herself as the supreme god and gets jealous if you're taller, prettier, wear better clothes, look better or do anything better than her. She shouts on everyone like they are dogs and she has bought them. The leave policies are so bad that they give no leaves in probation (yes, absolutely 0 leaves). Even seniors of the company make weird excuses to take genuine leaves. Everyone is suffering here because of just waiting for a better opportunity. They are so ridiculous in random policy changes, even if you have paid leaves you cannot take them, plus the management expects you to write, design, look for stuff in market yourself and everything else in literal peanuts worth of salary, 6 days working is a issue as well. (NO LEAVES, POOR SALARY & NO JOB SECURITY). They don't have separate washrooms for women even....Read More

Being a General Manager - Plant of Aryanveda’s Manufacturing unit, is been admirable. The Company’s management is very understanding, facilitating me to excel in driving all types of production processes with leading a team of approx. 150 Staff and workers in plant. I am glad to be a part of such a dynamic team. Working here since 2012 has been truly satisfying. Proud to be a part of Aaryanveda.

This is typically a LALA company. Kindly don't get scammed by the 5 star reviews, they are written by their own employees. This company is the worse place to work in. All the employees working here are old and in doesn't understand the meaning of toxic work culture. If there is any ethical board then they should take an action against the toxic management.
