If you are thinking to work over there hold on! Listen me first then think further, I was there since beginning of the school every thing was going good but when a new principal appointed into the school i felt like I am working on a street. Have u heard that there are 6 principal's in a school???? But yes,there are.....even peon isalso behave like a principal of the school. There is no good teacher right now even one of the teacher let the students cheated in home board exam ( 10th) last year I caught them red handed but in the end....u know that everything is hide in front of money...The school is running as a money making process only....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
