The whole culture is toxic , it's the master slave system. The double crosser culture is highly prevalent and encouraged by the family ,not treated with respect or requires any skill to work here .A peon can call the head office with accusations. no one smiles here. The family talks about Christ but it has nothing to do with the ideologies of Christ n his love.Very arrogant family ,they love is only money , no infrastructure to any international standards.They collect/ buy these awards and are building a brand with no ethics or systems or proper impartation of education.They cheat employees wages. It is only about the family ,name &fame .Teachers are not allowed to go or do any trainings ,the exit from this place is very difficult . Violations, No questions can be asked. Experience letter , relieving letters not given simply because they don't want the people who leave them to get another job...Read More
