My operation manager was very good, our team was the best and it was a good learning experience for me as with the help of my team and operation manager we started a new restaurant in pearl, I learned a lot about restaurant opening and our sales was good because of our teamwork, all together it was a unique experience.

Work Details

Managing a team of 20 staff. Briefing my staff. Explaining my staff about hygiene. How to generate sales by upselling and Suggestive selling. Doing indenting. Takeing weekly inventories.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
