I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. No job security, work culture is also not good, Management never stay on their words , toxic environment.

Dislikes

Salary date is not fixed and management doesn't understand Teachers problem and no Common leave or medical leave in a month, way of talking is also not gud of the management , so much expenses related to the management's family functions.
