36 years experience shows,If a technician work with technically,hard working with heartly obey to superior, there is no problem in job. Company policies are good.Management hand over all decisions in respect to government policies as well as technician achivement. Superior try to maintain to work in team work.

Dislikes

Now and then unnecessary training are hold for technicians which leads technician negative attitude in there routine process. Also the project (training)are manage through non technical persons.There are good and skilled workers in company to whom management motivate for achieve better results. Lastly i want to say i got love and respect from employee, superior and management.There are some technical tips and suggestions for machinery in my mind.I am very thankful of Arvind Limited.I can give service to Arvind Company without any charges,pay or benefits as per company call....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
