I worked in sephora, management was amazing. Salary credit on time. Everything was good till first 2.5 year. Like govt. Job.

Dislikes

No promotion Sephora brand contract going to be finish with arvind. So all management is sales oriented, sales oriented. So don't till 2024.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
