Students are really passionate about their studies.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Poor facilities in labs and Management do not care about it. There is no scope for research. there is no time given for faculties to research. a lot of administration work should be done by faculties. They provide accommodation for employees but the rent is terrible. There are no internet facilities fo faculties. they will not provide even a4 paper for the administration work. salary is also terrible. most of the employees resign after 1 or 2 years. this is a good place for freshers to get experience. No good lab facility. No assistance for research, No time for research activities and management will tell you that you have to publish minimum two papers to get hike. No support to conduct or attend seminars and conferences. There is no tenured faculties. Everyone leave after 1or 2 years
